  What this quote means is when you are about to take an action make sure you do the right one. Most of the time when we are in the moment we take a quick action. Sometimes the action can be bad and we do not even notice. This is a bad thing, we must know that our action should be right and that is why we are doing it. Make sure you do the right thing and think before you act.
